Can I upload a digital copy of my paper designs to send by email to my guests?

Yes, you are welcome to download a digital copy of your paper designs and upload to an email that you will send to your wedding guests!

First, go to the "Invitation Suite" section of your Riley & Grey account and you can design an invite or Save-the-Date there. Once complete, in the lower-left corner there is a button you can click to then export the Save the Date as a high-resolution JPEG file.

Once you've downloaded your paper design as a JPEG to your device, go back to "Guest Management" to draft an email to your wedding guests. In the email preview, you will see an option to choose "Custom image" or "Custom Image + text". Here is where you can upload your JPEG file of your digital save the date/invitation from the invitation suite!
